I found a new feral Druid site that shows all the best gear for all feral forms and situations. IT doesn't have a real home page but it can be completely navigated from the link below.

He should have put the levels from 70 at top then going down sucks to have to look at every item and see its not a 70. Everythings just too jumbled for me.

I'm not sure what level an item is has anything to do with how good it is. I'm using a lot of gear that isn't lvl 70 but has the best stats available at this time (without raiding or selling my soul to PvP). I've been using it to find the gear I have to see where it stands in the list. Then I use it to scope out higher pieces in the list that I can set as my next equipment goals.

For Example:
I have Braxxis' Staff of Slumber. I can look at the Bear High-Gear Tanking Gear List/2H Weapon and see its 4th from the top and will serve me well for awhile but I can also see that the Earthwarden is 2nd best in the game, in the same list and very attainable with enough SV runs to get to exalted with the CE.
Seems straight forward to me.

The only thing I'm not getting is the difference between the "Bear Mitigation" and "Bear High - Gear Mitigation" categories.

Guess he could have put that together alot better is what Im saying. Having to scroll when it could be put in a catagories as levels or some other way would make it alot better. Im not sayiing to put all the bells an whistles to make it a pretty page just put it together better.
