Ok.. Time for all you foodies to share your favorite recipes here for all of us to try and share.
Spinning Hat's Buffalo Chicken Dip
1/2C Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce (Or Hooters, or whatever. Not Salsa, HOT SAUCE)
1/2C Blue Cheese Dressing (Marie's or Lighthouse is best.)
2C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8oz. Cream Cheese
2 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast (About 1Lb. of chicken. I use the Ice Glazed breasts from the local grocery, and they're very large, so 2 works.)
Boil the chicken breast and allow to cool. Once cool, shred the chicken into small pieces. (Think Pulled Pork consistency.) Soften cream cheese in the microwave to ease mixing into sauce. (This is important.) In a bowl, mix Dressing and hot sauce, 1/2 of the cheddar, and all of the Cream Cheese. Feel free to adjust the dressing and hot sauce to taste. in 8"x8" pan, mix chicken and sauce together well. Put remaining cheddar on top, cook for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and golden brown.
This dip is great on tortilla chips, or Triscuit crackers, pretty much anything you'd dip with, really... Fritos are good too.
