<blockquote><p><strong>Combat </strong><ul><li>Damage from Area-of-Effect (AoE) attacks should no longer affect buildings.</li></ul><ul><li>The armor requirements for Expertise abilities with an activation have been removed.* Specifically the abilities: Bounty Hunter's <em>Duelist Stance </em> and <em>Power Assisted Sprint </em>and an Officer's <em>Synaptic Stimulator </em> and <em> Environmental Purge </em> no longer have "worn armor" requirements.</li></ul></p></blockquote>
