<p>According to <font color="red"><strong>Thunderheart</strong></font>, the Chapter 3 update has been added to Test Center:</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Smuggling System: </strong>Smugglers can now smuggle! There is a Broker named Barak in Bestine on Tatooine who can hook smugglers up with work ( -1049 10 -3538).</p>
<p><strong>Smuggler Expertise: </strong>Smuggler Expertise has been added to the game!</p>
<p><strong>Officer Expertise: </strong>Officer Expertise has been added to the game.</p></blockquote>
