Just throwing this out there to anyone, whenever you run Scholo see if they can kill the spectral researchers in the 1st big room. They are the only mobs in the game that drop the lifesteal formula.

Also up in WPl is a tower near Hearthglenn, the Scarlet Spellbinders drop the Crusader formula there. If your ever in the area stop by and kill some, having those formulas for the guild would be awesome :)

when i get into the high 50's w/ modie i'm gonna be grinding on the scarletts in that area, so in a week or two, i'll be there.

Well, with the depature of Garich from regular playing (though I saw him on for a bit) in favor of Gretal, you're our shortest rogue IIRC. Erego, we mention you first or else you'll stamp your tiny feet in a fit of rage and kick us squarely in the ankle. ;)

Thats all you need to be worried about. Stoke cant do any real damage with his weapons.

I know...Linara was beating his ass in damage in Strat one time and he was like "Oh...um...can you cut back on the damage? I'll switch to a sword and we'll pretend it's that...plz? I'll give you 20g..." and so I laid off the heroic strikes and mortal strikes and instead let him deal a bit more damage.

Was really sad though...the warrior outdamaging the rogue and all...I'm not even polearm specced ;)

On a related topic, I'd love to get the greater fire protection potion recipe for my alchemy alt to help us out with MC & Ony. It only drops from firebrand invokers and firebrand pyromancers in LBRS.

But wait don’t these formulas go for like 500g each?? Man I have my mount in no time!

Hmmm, I have the fire protection potion that I think stang gave to me. Once Frils gets me some elemental fire I can make 6 or 8 potions for him. I can't remember if it's greater fire protection although I think you have to be 290 or something to learn it.

Ya know....thats not *exactly* the way I remember it going down. I was playing around with daggers that night and I dont have my stuff specced that way. I need to be swinging the heavy swords to maximize my talent allocations....

But mainly I just was holding back to let you feel useful for a change....

See that folks? "I um...er...wasn't specced right! It was too cold...I was tired! The keys were sticking!! My own damage meters weren't picking up all the damage I did...I didn't have my lucky shoes on..." :worry:

IIRC, it all started out with a whisper "How are you doing all this damage? You're like...kicking my ass..." :) and then I eased up so you didn't feel so bad. Also Stoke, if you want to pull the "I'm not specced right card"...I'm not polearm specced either. ;)
