For those of you who are not in the know.

America Online sucks chode.

I apologive in advance for all the technical industry jargon in my review of AOL, but I wanted to be thorough.

Withdraw pains from lack of internet connectivity were so bad that I stooped down and attempted to create an AOL account. I know how bad it sounds but I SWEAR I was going to switch providers as soon as possible. However after speaking with customer service (thank you my Indian cousins!!) for 2 hours last night and still being unable to connect, I decided my addiction was not that bad and cancelled my account after 6 hrs.

Maybe I will have better luck with PeoplePC or Netscape.

On to class. Talk to you later.

/rant off

Hehe, no chance at all :P

In other industry news, I spoke with Comcast (cable provider here) about my last bill. They were under the impression I owed them $27 for my final bill. It was my belief I owed $11. Little did they realize I had nothing better to do today but argue with them. To make a long story short, after only 1 1/2 hours on the phone, talking to two customer reps and finally the supervisor they finally saw things my way.

CHA CHING!!!!! gettin paid baby, oh yea who's your daddy lol

*skips down the road singin "its my birthday.......*

Hello America and all the ships at sea..................................

In still more late breaking news we have a SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

In what has been dubbed the, "Jadal....Addicted to his cable connection?!" or "Eating crow.....Its whats for dinner" story. It appears our nefarious hero has put aside his differences with Comcast and reached a tentative agreement. At the time of this story it would seem the two recent combatants have put their seemingly insurmountable differences aside and again will join forces.

The particulars of the new agreement between these two behemoths of industry are not fully understood, but we have the following information as an outline of the agreement.
--------------------------------------

Comcast will continue to provide Jadal with his connection to the internet and as a bonus will provide access to the 3 major networks. Comcast will continue to overcharge Jadal for these services.

Jadal agrees to bend over and take it in the pooper on a regular basis, the timing of which will coincide with the arrival of the monthly bill.
--------------------------

Their you go folks.........an unprecedented display of cooperation. This may well signal the dawning of a new era in customer service. Remeber you heard it here first. Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
