Could hardly say they do, not really. :( All Swedish keyboards are terrible when it comes to programming, for example. All the important keys like { [ ] } are accessed through some Alt Gr - combination, which sucks. Still, having the letters åäö on the keyboard sure simplifies things when writing Swedish. ;)
