I will probably get one but probably wont use them in the caves much. Caves don't get used as much as they should. They need to do something about that.

I think he means going to the cave to get all the Cave battle XP you need in order to get the Cert for these bad boys :)

I'm going to try them out! Hopefully one arm will have an Aurora Cannon and the other will have a Mag cannon. Or even better! they can both shoot out Lasher balls!! YAY!!! I'm sure our will be the weakest but the best lookin!! YAY I love Purple!

Atleast when our BFR's jumps up onto an enemy base wall we can have our MAX's supporting them. The enemy must rely on air crafts to get their troops over the wall or threw the front door.

Wonder if the BFR's can actually fly or if its like Tribes and they can only hop and glide. Wonder if these things can walk in water and not be destroyed and can a Loadstar carry one. Hope they release more infomation soon because these things have my interest. The NC BFR looks like a Mech from Starseige, the Olympian I think.

Too big to fit in a loadstar, probably could eat the loadstar for lunch :D.

Look like the NC BFR is the only one that can't fly.

It will probably be able to do a hop stip and a jump over the water :).

There is a pic of the NC with a flight pod on it. The pod replaces the big weapons with two smaller ones, wings, and a large engine in the butt.

The TR's is very similar in the respect that it looses its rocket pods to gain wings. Can't say anything about the VS BFR from the pictures released. But I believe that the flying models are the single person versions and the one's with the heavier weapons are the two person versions. Some where on the PS sight I read about the choice you have in either having one or two people to opperate it and that it did change the fire power. Guess the trade off is flying and weak or walking and strong.

Found forum link where the Dev's state that the weapons can be reconfigured and that the single person model is the only one that can fly, if you get the flight pod.

I looked threw all the pics of the BFR's on the PS site and noticed they did not have a pic of the two person VS BFR. We see plenty of the one person flying around and we see pics of both version of the other empires. Makes me wonder if our two person BFR looks like a CR5 with their back pack. If so then the only way I can see it getting much use is heavy combat near a friendly base or its weapon capability is worth the long walk. The pictures show that the single person versions for the empires only support two weapons, which you can change out at repair and rearm stations. The TR weapon BFR has 3 weapons (counting the 2 missile racks as one) and the NC weapon BFR has 3 weapons as well. I would not be surprised if our weapon BFR has a version of a mag cannon mounted on a shoulder.

I think the flight pod is more like a jump pod, at least thats the way Sporkfire talked about it.

yea i think it is less of a flying thing and more of a extended (vary extended) VS max jump.

yeah i think am gonna spend like 4weeks in the cavrens till i get a brf key =)

supposedly we get a "plasma immolation cannon" unless the devs decide to modify it...so until it gets nerfed when teh BFRs come out i say let the tr/nc burn!:shoot1: :devil:

ATF BFR night :D that whould be devistating a squad of flying 1 person BFRs (10) and a squad of 2 person BFRs that have hackers as gunners. that would be awsome.

I thought they said it they would be out this month some time.

It would be cool to look out into a forest and see our BFR's sitting on top of every tree waiting to jump at the enemy. Below the tree tops would be Arura's and Magriders waiting for the sign to move out. Mosquitos would spot the enemy and as if the forest gave birth to an army the BFR's would jump off and the vehicles would pore out with great haste.
