Yo,

Last Saterday i had some MAJOR pain (wich was similer to pain that i have been haveing for several weeks) well i was out for a while and figured that it would do like it ussually does and go away in a few hours. well it didnt..

Afrade of some seriuse bills (Cause I dont have insureance) i didnt go to the doctors. But this last satraday the pain did not go away i had to go to the emergency room and was in there for 14 hours before i was admitted into the hostpitail My Gall Bladder (dont know how to spell it) was full of stones and a few had lodged themselfs in the intestance

i was in the hospitail for almost a week and was released yesterday. I am finnaly fealing well enough to get on the comp but i cant really stay like this long so i might not get to play PS much.. Pain really sucks.

If any of you are people who pray please pray for my finances i have no insureance and the hospital servises fell freth the floor. i am exspecting a HUGE bill. anyway if you are intrested in the nasty details scroll down :)

1. My Gall Bladder was almost gangris
2. My room mate was always crapping all over the place (glad i had oxygen being put in my nose. )
3. i have 4 holes in my stomic 1 of wich i can stick something allthe way into my stomic threw. (dont ask me to do it cause i am trying to get it to heal now)
4. i was ozzeing all kinds of stuff from my stomic :)

anyways. have a great day people

Man, that's harsh. Glad you're ok enough to be out of the hospital anyway.

No insurance, that's double harsh. Best of luck.

ow, that sounds pleasant, i'll say a little prayer for you, as for the finances, i believe you can write off some of that stuff on your taxes, major losses, disabling accident or something like that

and the lesson learned... "Always go to the hospital and get checked out when you know something isn't right" Sorry to hear this, hopefully they miscoded your sheet and the bill ends up lost in the paper hole of the hospital..

Talk about trying to get some attention :p

DAXIPAD!!!! Dont do that anymore, now Im all worried about you  . Glad your getting better and are out of the hospital.

Im worried about that issue too Dax as I dont have insurance either but in the end what can you do, die? NOT! Up here they had this program for non insured people that they would pay all or half the bill. I had it happen and it wasnt that serious so they paid for all. So all people arent evil :).

Keep us updated

Try the Gneiss. I hear it goes down nice. You can take that for granite. ROFL bad pun I know. lol

Just brought my wife home from the hospital yesterday after almost a full week. Been updating DAKOTA on her progress.
She had pulmonary embolisms that would've killed her for sure. They came about after some years of taking hormonal replacement so ladies, watch out on those.
They have her on a blood thinner to work out any more blood clots in her lungs.
She now also has to heal from the bruising caused by the IVs. That will take several months because her immune system is compromised by the fact that she's a Hodgkin's Lymphoma patient besides.
That's a lymphatic cancer and after treatments she went through years ago, her lungs were already damaged from the radiation.
With my post-polio syndrome and severe underweight problems, we have been through the medical grindstone so we know of those insurance problems firsthand.

We try to subsist on just my wife's SS disability income and it's really damn hard to do sometimes without feeling depressed and angry.
The government keeps ignoring me like I don't exist. We both can't physically work and even simple housework becomes overbearing too many times to count.
We get fatigued extremely by our medical conditions that it takes us a long time to do the work so we try to keep things simple around the house.
If I had my SS disability like I should have had in the first place, I know the extreme stress on us would greatly be reduced.
I've written our do-nothing congressman to no avail. Unless someone were to hire me for my brains, we're screwed. I'll be 51 on the 30th of this month. My wife is 49.
Enjoy youth, kids because I'm realizing why we get more cynical with age the older we get.
(Sorry to anyone who sees this post as a downer too.)
